LGBTQI Relationship Survey

Thank you for your interest in the LGBTQQI [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer, Questioning & Intersex] Relationship Survey. This survey is designed to be the first of several focused on relationships in the LGBTQQI community. Our goal is to create a model of therapy that will enhance the cultural competency of clinicians who provide couples counseling for the LGBTQQI community. The survey is self administered and ANONYMOUS .
Please complete the survey(s) if you have ever been in a relationship or are currently in a relationship. Additionally, please take both surveys if they apply to you. Example: You identify as trans and are in a relationship with an individual who shares your gender identity.
